(Photo by Pongpat Wongyala)A serial killer is believed active in Pathum Thani province, where three homeless people have been murdered in tambon Prachathipat of Thanyaburi district in the past three days. The dead man's wrists were tied together with electrical wire, his throat was slashed and there were stab wounds to his abdomen and buttock. Pol Col Ariya Phanfak, chief of Pratunam Chulalongkorn station, said on Thursday the victims were homeless people and were murdered in a similar fashion. Police believed the same person killed all three and was targeting lone homeless people, who were easy targets.
